Abstract
H. Dale Hubers was a principal of Northwestern Classical Academy, an adjunct professor at Northwestern College, and served on the Northwestern College Executive Board. His thesis, “History of the Northwestern Classical Academy, Orange City, Iowa, 1882-1957,”was written in support of a Master of Arts degree, University of South Dakota (1957). Thesis outlines early community history, educational development of the school including curriculum development, the growth of the physical plant, the school’s financial state, and the student body, alumni, and personnel.
