Text reads,"Another annual tulip festival in Iowa is that at Orange City, scheduled May 19 and 20 this year. One of the few wooden shoe makers in the state is Jacob Van Hoff of this Dutch settlement. Here he cuts a rough block of wood into shape for a brogan.
